I use The Leadership Challenge® to develop people-centered leaders and help organizations build a shared leadership language and culture. We’ll do this over the course of one year through:


executive coaching

I believe that productive coaching is goal-oriented and grounded in feedback from the people you work with. That feedback can be from a Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) 360 assessment, employee surveys, or some other source. We’ll use an online platform to set specific goals, keep track of what you’re working on, and do pulse surveys of your colleagues to gauge progress. 


facilitation

Need help creating an inclusive and productive space for planning, decision making, or strengthening team culture? I approach facilitation with two outcomes in mind:

  • The organization gets what it needs from the process.

  • People feel their participation is valued and respected.
